AmeriQuest Promotes Jim Guice to Senior Vice President of Asset Services

December 1, 2005, Cherry Hill, NJ — AmeriQuest proudly announces the promotion of Jim Guice to Senior Vice President of Asset Services. AmeriQuest Transportation and Logistics Resources is a national leader in the transportation industry. The promotion came after unprecedented growth in the Asset Services division of which Jim was Vice President.

Jim Guice has been with AmeriQuest since 2004 and has a total of thirty years experience in the transportation industry. His background includes senior management positions at Ryder System, Inc. and the development of two independent companies within the transportation industry. Since joining AmeriQuest, Jim Guice has been responsible for the creation and expansion of Asset Services.

AmeriQuest Asset Services includes purchasing, supply management, finance/leasing, vehicle remarketing, capital equipment, and fleet management products and services. These services are provided as a result of the request of AmeriQuest Participants and customers.
