AMERIQUEST NATIONAL ACCOUNTS PRESENTS THE SALES RESOURCE SITE

December 20, 2004, Cherry Hill, NJ —AmeriQuest Transportation and Logistics Resources Corp. ® announced today the launch of the Sales Resource Site. The site is designed to support and enhance interaction between rental and leasing participants and National Accounts. AmeriQuest National Accounts is responsible for securing business for participating rental and leasing companies. Contract maintenance, full service leasing, dedicated contract carriage, and logistics consulting are just a few services available through AmeriQuest National Accounts.

Roger Welling, Vice President of National Accounts explains, “The Sales Resource Site is a great interactive communication tool for sales professionals to network, gain and share information, and expand their selling methods.” The site offers sales tips on closing deals and suggestions for meeting with a prospect. Message boards can be used to discuss a variety of topics, including contract maintenance, full service leasing, private fleets, finance lease, and logistics consulting. Downloadable brochures and flyers are provided for participants to employ. Users are able to post materials such as presentations, brochures, and company logos on the site.

As the site is fairly new, to make it easier for more people to get involved, a Web cast will be held on February 9, 2005.
