Topics of the Day
FleetXchange gives fleet professionals
like you the chance to participate in a community of your peers. The
greater the overall participation, the more useful the site becomes for
everyone.
Introduction
You can access our Topics of the Day section from the InfoXchange. The
content editors at FleetXchange continuously scour the web throughout the day for the most interesting and relevant
articles and other resources related to the trucking industry. Then they write editorial summaries of
each article/resource and post them on FleetXchange as Topics of the Day.
Scan the Topics of the Day titles and summaries to find what interests
you. Then, you can link to the original articles or resources for more
information. You and your peers can also comment on and discuss these
topics with each other.
Comment on a Topic
Submit a comment about any Topic of the Day. Is the information in
the related article useful to you? Do you have another perspective?

To comment on a Topic of the Day
From the navigation bar at the top of any page, click InfoXchange.
Topics of the Day appear on the InfoXchange front page.
Click the topic.
FleetXchange takes you to a page
with the full text of the topic and any other comments about
the topic.
Click Comment on this article.
FleetXchange takes you to a comment submission form.
Enter a subject heading and type the content of your comment in the spaces provided.
Click the Submit button.
FleetXchange displays a Thank You message.
Click Return.
FleetXchange returns you to the Topic of the Day discussion
page. Note that your comment has been added to the discussion
along with your handle and the date and time of your post.
Respond to a Comment
You can also respond to someone else's comment about a Topic of the
Day or their response to a comment. Do you agree or disagree? Do
you have something else to add?

Suggest A Topic
Send us your suggestions for new Topics of the Day. We will take all suggested
topics into consideration, and you will be credited if we use your suggestion.
To suggest a topic of the day
From the navigation bar at the top of any page, click InfoXchange.
FleetXchange takes you to the InfoXchange front page.
On the navigation bar at the left
side of the page, click Suggest a Topic.
FleetXchange takes you to the Suggest a Topic submission form.
Enter your suggestion.
Click Submit Topic.
FleetXchange displays a Thank You message
Click Return.
FleetXchange returns you to the InfoXchange front page.
Customize Which Topics of the Day You See
FleetXchange makes an effort to bring you an interesting mix of topics each day.
To help you sort through this information and identify the topics that most interest you,
FleetXchange categorizes each topic into one of several categories.
By default FleetXchange displays all
Topic of the Day categories on your homepage. However, you can
customize your homepage to show you only the categories that you want
to see.
To customize which Topics of the Day you see
From the navigation bar at the top of any page, click InfoXchange.
FleetXchange takes you to the InfoXchange front page.
Click the Edit button to the right of the Topics of the Day heading.
FleetXchange takes you to the Customize the Topics You See page.
Uncheck the box next to each discussion topic category that you prefer not to see.
Note Leave all boxes checked to see all
discussions.
Click Update Preference.
FleetXchange returns you to the InfoXchange frontpage. Your preferences have been updated.
View Prior Topics
To keep the Topics of the Day fresh, FleetXchange adds new topics to
your homepage and removes old ones on an ongoing basis. However, you
can view prior Topics of the Day discussions on the Prior Topics
page.
To access the Prior Topics page
From the navigation bar at the top of any page, click InfoXchange.
FleetXchanges takes you to the InfoXchange front page.
On the navigation bar at left side
of the page, click Prior
Topics.
FleetXchange takes you to the Prior Topics page.
